MISSION STATEMENT:

Action Bail Bonds believes in treating all of our clients with the utmost level of compassion, respect, and dignity.
Our job is clear: To make the process of bailing you or your loved one out of jail very SIMPLE AND FAST!

Being arrested doesn’t mean you’re guilty or should be treated like a criminal. At Action Bail Bonds, we offer a free consultation which includes locating your loved one through a comprehensive inmate search, establishing what the bail amount is, explaining how the bail process works, and how we can help you or your loved one get out ASAP.

Get Out Fast with ACTION BAIL BONDS

Bail Bonds provide a financial reason for defendants to make court dates in the future after being released from jail. People who cannot secure a bond must usually remain in jail from the moment of the arrest up until the end of the criminal court trial. This could potentially be several months or longer. Defendants who post a bond are released from jail since the money is considered an incentive to return when the trial starts. Bonds are usually posted through special agencies or bondsmen.

What Happens When You Get Arrested in Southern California?

When you get arrested in Southern California, you are handcuffed and taken to the nearest Police Station and you will begin the booking process. This process typically involves you being searched for illegal drugs or weapons, fingerprinted, getting a mugshot picture taken, and answering questions about your background. Your information will then be processed into the computer system. You will also have your personal belongings retained by the jailer.

Once you have finished the booking process, you will then either be placed into a cell or you may be transferred to one of the county jails. If you are transferred to one of the bigger jails, it could take several hours before your bail is posted depending on how busy the jail is which is out of our control — even if we show up at the jail within minutes after your call.
